Includes: Lime Essential Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil, Bergamot Essential Oil.

How to use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser to purify the air, clear the mind and improve mood.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as a perfume.

Lime Essential Oil: A fresh citrus aroma, detoxifying to the system and stimulating to a tired mind. A disinfectant and anti-viral, lime can be used for cleaning surfaces and diffused to prevent cold and flu pathogens from spreading in the air.

Sweet Orange Essential Oil: Uplifts the senses and eases tension and stress. 

Bergamot Essential Oil: A refreshing citrus aroma to support general wellbeing and promote energy flow.
