Take a little courage with you throughout your day with this inspiring blend of Lemon, Frankincense, Lemon Myrtle, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile and Melissa essential oils. A perfect balance of citrus and floral undertones to instill a sense of courage for what’s ahead.

Rise Essential Oil Blend:
Rise and shine with this zesty blend of Pink Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Ho Leaf and Black Pepper. .

Nurture Essential Oil Blend:
Be enveloped by a nurturing blend of Lavender, Sweet Orange, Blue Mallee Eucalyptus, Ylang Ylang, Sweet Marjoram, Jasmine, Rose and Vanilla. This blends intention is to create a sense of care and protection throughout your day. 

Empowerment Essential Oil Blend:
Feel empowered with this energising blend of Spearmint, Rosemary, Sage and Peppermint pure essential oils. Elevate your mindset and allow the Empowerment Blend to carry and uphold you throughout your day.

Strength Essential Oil Blend:
Embody a sense of strength with this powerful blend of Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Myrrh pure essential oils. The Strength Blend will help you to go within and find the courage to overcome any challenge that lies ahead.

Benefits

How to use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil blend to a diffuser. You can also blend two or multiple oils of your Mindset Collection.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Rise Essential Oil Blend:Citrus paradisi, Cymbopogon flexuosus, Cinnamomum camphora linalooliferum, Piper nigrum.

Nurture Essential Oil Blend: Lavandula angustifolia, Citrus sinensis, Eucalyptus polybractea, Cananga odorata, Thymus mastichina, Jasminum grandiflorum extract, Rosa x damascena extract, Vanillin.

Empowerment Essential Oil Blend: Mentha spicata, Rosmarinus officinalis, Salvia officinalis, Mentha piperita.

Optimism Essential Oil Blend: Citrus paradisi, Citrus aurantiifolia, Citrus bergamia, Santalum spicatum.

FAQ's

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Myrhh, Rosemary, Sage, Peppermint, Rose or Eucalyptus during pregnancy which can be found throughout this collection. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
