Shipping policy

Orders are sent via Couriers Please, Aramex, Toll, Startrack and Australia Post.

Shipping rates within Australia and for International orders vary, please see our shipping rates at the checkout. Delivery is free for purchases with a value of $150 or more (domestic orders only, excludes furniture).

Home Furnishings Shipping - Free (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), All other regions TBC - Please contact for a quote.

We aim to send orders out for delivery between 1 - 5 business days of receiving the order.

Delivery times vary depending on location. You will be sent a dispatch notification e-mail and a tracking e-mail, which will have a link to track your parcel and will give you an estimated delivery date. 

Please check individual product listings for any product specific dispatch times.

You can also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order and for tracking details.

International Shipping - Additional taxes may be payable on delivery.

Express Shipping: 

If selecting Express shipping at the checkout, this does not give priority dispatch. Your order will be sent via Express shipping once dispatched. Please see top of page for current dispatch times.

Shipping Insurance:

Couriers Please and Aramex Shipping - For damage and loss coverage, please add shipping insurance to your order at the shopping cart.

Standard and Express Shipping - Damage and loss coverage is included up to $100.
